1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://cornerstone-risk-solutions.com (the “Site”) and your communications with Cornerstone Risk, LLC, doing business as Cornerstone Risk Insurance LLC (“Cornerstone Risk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us by email or text message, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Cornerstone Risk is an independent, licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurance carrier, and we do not underwrite or issue insurance policies. Coverage is written by admitted or surplus lines insurance carriers, and any policy issued is a contract between you and that carrier.

We are licensed to transact insurance business in Florida, Massachusetts, Texas, New Jersey, and North Carolina. We do not solicit or transact insurance in states where we are not licensed.

3. No Coverage Is Bound Through This Site

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

Insurance quotes and coverage depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You agree that the information you submit to us is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will promptly notify us of material changes, including changes to the property, project scope, occupancy, construction status, or ownership.

Misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in a quote being withdrawn, coverage being voided, or a claim being denied by the carrier. Cornerstone Risk is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.

5. Text Messaging Terms

5.1 Program description

Cornerstone Risk, LLC, d/b/a Cornerstone Risk Insurance LLC, sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have provided express written consent. Messages relate to insurance quotes, applications, policy servicing, renewal and expiration notices, certificate and document delivery, requests for missing information, payment and billing reminders, and claims status.

5.2 How to opt in

You may consent to receive text messages by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on a quote request form on this Site
  • Initialing the text message consent section of a Cornerstone Risk insurance application, in paper or electronic form
  • Providing express written consent through another Cornerstone Risk form or agreement

5.3 Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to obtain a quote, purchase a policy, or receive any service from Cornerstone Risk.

5.4 Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month, depending on your policy activity, application status, and renewal timing.

5.5 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Cornerstone Risk does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply.

5.6 How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (561) 459-6663 or emailing

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other communications. We will continue to contact you by phone, mail, or email as necessary to service your policy.

5.7 How to get help

5.8 Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on text messaging for time-sensitive coverage requests, claims reporting, or any communication where confirmed receipt matters.

5.9 Supported carriers and devices

The program is available on most major United States mobile carriers. Carrier participation may change. Messaging is available only to United States mobile numbers.

5.10 Changed or reassigned numbers

You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours. You agree not to provide a mobile number you are not authorized to use.

5.11 Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent data. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from us relating to your quote, application, policy, billing, renewal, or claim, and occasional informational messages. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time. Email is not a secure medium; do not send sensitive personal or financial information by unencrypted email. As with text messaging, email does not bind coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and the Cornerstone Risk name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Cornerstone Risk, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Submit another person’s information without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account
  • Introduce malware, scrape the Site by automated means, or interfere with its operation
  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to carrier websites, payment portals, or other third-party resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is current, accurate, or complete.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Risk, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in this section limits or waives any right you may have under a policy issued by an insurance carrier.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Risk, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or unauthorized information.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the text messaging terms in Section 5 will be posted prominently.
